Join us for a tranquil journey into self-discovery and inner balance. Our Meditation and Healing classes are a sanctuary for those seeking solace in the midst of life’s demands. It’s a sacred space to connect with your inner self, cultivate mindfulness, and embrace the healing power within.

What to Expect:

  • Mindfulness Meditation: Begin your evening with guided mindfulness meditation led by our experienced instructor. Through gentle guidance, you’ll learn to quiet the chatter of the mind, become more attuned to the present moment, and cultivate a sense of inner calm that can extend into your daily life.
  • Journaling for Self-Reflection: After meditation, immerse yourself in the art of journaling. This practice allows you to express your thoughts, feelings, and insights in a safe, nurturing environment. Guided prompts will help you explore your inner landscape, uncover hidden wisdom, and set intentions for personal growth.
  • Healing Energies: Throughout the class, we’ll harness the healing energies of the group to create a supportive and rejuvenating atmosphere. Whether you’re seeking emotional healing, stress relief, or simply a moment of respite, this class offers a space to connect with healing energies and foster a sense of well-being.

Who Can Attend:

Our Meditation and Healing classes are open to participants of all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to explore the depths of your inner world.

  • Days/Times: Sunday 6.30-7.30pm
  • Location: Honeybee Cottage 12 Hamilton St, Saltcoats
  • Duration: Approximately 1 hour

What to Bring:

Please bring a comfortable cushion or yoga mat to sit on, as well as a journal or notebook for the journaling session. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. A blanket may also be advisable.
